Beyond my expectation, the room is clean and tidy. It is the closest hotel to the airport. You can have breakfast and dinner by the sea, which is very cozy and romantic. The restaurant is very good, the chef cooks very delicious food, the price is high, and it is quiet in the bustling city.

The location and some of the staff are amazing. The break fast was poor but bar staff and reception were great… it needs improvements just small ones like the breakfast and service and that alone could make someone’s experience here even better

this place and the manager is the absolute worst dirty rooms no customer service no hot water over charging for drinks and food tripling the price of rooms choosing who to raise price to room went from 104 to 190 us bartenders not giving change back just terrible manager put someone’s baby outside middle of night would not let another room be booked had people crying in the lobby just evil manager mr price be careful he’s also mean to all the staff and the staff is the best part of hotel def needs new management hw does not care one bit about paying guest he needed to refund everyone’s money

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. Unfortunately we went back after the first time, because we were visiting my husband's family in Port Royal and this is the only hotel there. The grounds are beautiful but our room was not very clean. We struggled to find a outlet that worked to charge our phones. The plumbing was coming out of the walls and there was a terrible banging on the walls from work being done in the room next door! The internet also did not work regularly and the cable did not work!The hotel is very pricey for what you get! The food at the overpriced restaurant onsite was also not very good!

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! I was highly disappointed with this place. Although located in great location outside the city not far from the airport. This hotel failed to provide simple amenities. Like the bed, only had a sheet, no comforter or a blanket. The room nor the bathroom was not clean. The front desk was rude and kept us waiting for 30 minutes. Then on the first day, the kitchen for breakfast opened up late, causing a family to miss breakfast who was checking out. Then on top of everything else you couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi for the whole day.

minimal amenities for the price. TV did not work, no hot water. Noisy party boats and karaoke nearby my room.The rooms have minimal art and look barren. Booking online showed no reservations for the less expensive rooms but when I was on sight there were plenty available. Seems a bit dishonest to get you to book the most expensive larger rooms when I was only one person and even those top of the line rooms were nothing to be proud of.
